Nandivada Adusumilli Clan

In 17th century Adusumilli's are the zamindars in Machilipatnam District in Andhra (Current Krishna District), British governor come for visit to current Nandulavada(Current Nandivada), Krishna District they Looking for water to drink in that time there is no water facility is there he went some peoples home and ask for water, but water is too polluted they unable to drink, then he went to home to home check for water all the people drink polluted water he is decided to meet zamindar and explain the problem and solution also he went to Zamindar and explained issue, zamindar decided to construct the resource after few days zamindar was expired, his son Bagavanulu donated land and constructed water resources to drink, after some years zamindar Bagavanulu's son zamindar Basavaiah maintained and extended water resource to full fill increased village population drinking and agriculture needs, basavaiah turned succeeded by his son lingayya. During the life time of lingayya his spent some of Rs 1,302.0.0 in the year 1879 towards the repairs of the said tank was only Rs 2226.1.0 at that time "Naga Vigraha" Found fixed vigraha at tank bund started "poojas" Lingayya was succeeded by his son Venkaiah alias China Venkayya, who in term was succeeded by his son kanakalinga rao alias kanakalingeswara rao repaired and extended tank into two parts one for drinking water for village people and another one for cattle and agricultural purpose in his lifetime of kanakalingarao donated the land to Panchayati office, veternary office, BSNL and agriculture office. Kanakalinga rao succeeded by his three sons, continuing maintenance and extension of tank, and donated land for saibaba temple and anganwadi kendra.
